What are the Affiliate? Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Our affiliates include companies affiliated with The Smartxray, LLC in their name, such as The Smartxray, LLC and others, including its subsidiaries.
On the contrary to the Affiliates, nonaffiliates are the companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
The Smartxray, LLC does not share your personal information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
What is Joint marketing? A formal agreement between nonaffiliated companies that together market products or services to you. The Smartxray, LLC does not jointly market.
